1 – Ask for what you want and be specific – they can read your mind but they can’t act without permission so you need to ask for what you want. Nothing that you ask them for is too big or too small. They are here to help us learn and grow and anything we want help with is equally important.
2 – Trust the answers that you get – they will manifest for you and provide answers to your questions and requests in multiple ways but you have to trust the answer you get and know that it isn’t always going to come the way you want it too. Be open to their guidance…they will show themselves as an inspiration, feeling, or thought.
3 – Ask for a sign – pick an object like a flower or a coin and ask them to have it show up in your path as a validation of them connecting with you. Example – ask for a sign to show up in your path if they want you to do something.
4 – Automatic Writing – Create a sacred space and use your journal and two different colored pens. Write your question with one pen and then pick up the other color pen and ask your guides to provide guidance. Start writing and don’t filter anything – let your thoughts come and just write the response as you hear it.
5 – Call in your team in your day to day life – There are so many guides and angels waiting for us to ask for their help. Call in whoever you need for the endeavor that you are working on. If you are writing songs ask for your favorite musician on the other side to come forward and help you.
6 – Journal – keep notes on the things you ask your guides for help with and how they come forward to work with you. Connecting with your guides and angels feels very much like your intuition and you need to pay attention to how it feels/sounds, etc. The voice doesn’t sound like your own.
7 – Dreams – Ask your guides to come in and communicate with you in your sleep. Write down a question that you want them to help you with. When you get up in the morning start writing right away. You will get guidance and messages that you wouldn’t have if you hadn’t asked them for it.
One of the best ways to meet and connect with your guides is to meet them halfway. Open your dream up to them. You can put out the intention every night to see and connect with your guides in your dreams. It may take a while, but it will probably eventually work. If you can master lucid dreaming you’ll have success much faster since once you become lucid you can simply ask your guides to appear and talk to you.
8 – TRUST!!! Trust the answers you get. They are communicating with you but you have to believe it.
